OPERATION
  • New electronic controller for automatic control of pumps without maintenance.
  • It keeps the pump connected while there is a water consumption, providing a constant pressure depending on the required flow.
  • This device replaces the traditional system of hydropneumatic tank and pressure switch, thus avoiding the typical problems like lack of air in the expansion vessel or incorrect adjustment of the pressure switch.

ADVANTAGES
  • Protection in case of lack of water: Disconnects the pump to avoid running dry
  • Automatic restart in case of blockade: During the following 24 hours after the blockade, the machine performs ten double attempts to restart, lasting about 5 seconds each attempt, to pressurize the installation again.
  • Antilock function: If the pump is not used for 24 consecutive hours, the device starts the engine for about 5 seconds. Should it continue inactive, this operation will be repeated every 24 h.

PRESSCONTROL

Pressure regulator

OPERATION
  • The main difference between the pressure controller and traditional systems of hydropneumatic tanks, is that the pressure controller keeps the pump connected while there is power supply consumption, ensuring constant pressure according to the requested flow.
  • On the other hand, in the traditional system, pressure constantly varies according to accumulated water volume in the hydropneumatic tank.
  • Foot or check valve for the pump suction is required. Likewise, the installation of a shut-off valve in the discharge is recommended.
  • If the water column between the pump and the highest supply point is over 15 mts., the controller can not be directly mounted on the pump, it should be inserted between the pipe.
ADVANTAGES
  • Constant pressure (according to requested flow)
  • Replaces membrane tank, pressure switch, 5-way fi tting and level switch
  • Protection in case of lack of water: Disconnects the pump to avoid running dry

  • SPEEDBOX DUO SET: Device for three-phase power supply. It has a variable-frequency drive to control the main pump and a power relay to control the auxiliary pump. The operation is alternating, in each cycle of operation the first pump to start changes and it is always controlled by the drive.

“hasa 85” LEVEL SWITCH
  • Because of its compact structure, making system with water-resistant double chamber and final stamping with casted moplen injection at 1,25 atmospheres, make the “hasa 85” level switch have no leakage.
  • It can be supplied with 2, 5 or 10 meters of three-polar cable (black [usual], blue and brown) and counterweight.
“KEY” LEVEL SWITCH
  • Compact structure and composed by a simple chamber with injection in under-pressure coated polypropilene assuring complete tightness.
  • Can be supplied with 2 metres of three-polar cable (black [usual], blue and brown) and counterweight.
“ILA” - "ILA-GASOIL" LEVEL SWITCH
  • Its ease of use make “ILA” level switch different from the other switches.
  • “ILA” has high performance only with the ballast, no need of counterweight, balances, pulleys, etc. Thanks to such characteristic it can be directly placed on the tank cover drilling 3 holes (2 for fixing the case on the tank cover) which will be covered by the connection case
