Pressure equipments are composed by one or several clear water pumps together with the components and accessories necessary to perform the start and stop maneuver automatically, ensuring the correct operation of the installation:

  • Small automatic pressure equipments GDOMESTICOS, NIZASPEED y NIZALOGIC ranges composed by clean water pump and pressure regulator, ideal for use in domestic installations, sprinkler irrigation and small hydraulic applications.
  • Automatic pressure equipments GS-GDB ranges with one or more pumps mounted in parallel on bench with manifold, valves, electrical panel, switches and all the necessary elements for the proper installation and operation.
  • Automatic pressure equipments with frequency converter or speed shifter GSB, GLV and GVF ranges with one or more pumps mounted in parallel on bench with manifold, valves and all the necessary elements for its installation and operation.
  • Compact automatic pressure equipments with accumulation tank AQUACOMPACT range completely silent thanks to incorporating a submersible pump, ideal for ensuring a continuous service in domestic installations.

GDOMESTICOS

Little unit of automatic pressure for domestic service

APPLICATIONS
  • Silent pressure equipments of automatic control suitable for domestic use like housing water supply, sprinkler irrigation, etc.
DESCRIPTION
  • Our pressure equipments are composed by one ''hasa'' electro-pump with horizontal shaft and one or more impeller and a control system installed directly in the electro-pump outlet.
  • The choice of the right electro-pump depends on the flow and pressure necessary for the installation, which are specified in the characteristics grid.
  • The control system installed depends on the needs of each application (fixed start pressure, adjustable pressure with accumulator, constant pressure independent from the requested flow, etc.)

NIZASPEED

APPLICATIONS
  • Pressure equipments with frequency variator SPEEDBOARD directly installed over the pump’s motor. Suitable for the water supply in residential blocks, sports facilities, industries, hotels and generally in any case where the water pressure is not enough to meet the demand.
  • These equipments can supply a constant pressure regardless of the demanded water consumption and they offer a considerable energy saving. Suitable for installing in confined spaces thanks to its small size.
  • They can be installed with just one pump or in groups with two communicated pumps and operating in MASTER-SLAVE mode in alternated sequence. They can also be mounted in groups of 3 or 4 pumps in parallel using the communication center among devices SPEEDCENTER.

APPLICATIONS
  • Pressure equipments with LOGICVAR variable-frequency drive mounted in the output jack, subsequently a discharge pipe is mounted in the installation. They are very suitable for the water supply in blocks of flats, sports facilities, industries, hotels and in general in any case where water pressure is not enough to cover the supply demand.
  • These equipments can supply a constant pressure independent of the required water consumption and offer considerable energy savings. With a simple configuration, only the pump’s nominal intensity, working pressure and start pressure parameters need to be adjusted
  • They can be installed with any kind of pump thanks to their interchangeable fittings of 1" - 1¼" - 1½".

APPLICATIONS
  • Pressure hydropneumatic equipments for the water supply to blocks of flats, sport facilities, industries, hotels, etc., where public water supply pressure is insufficient to meet the demand, specially at certain time during the day.
  • Provided mounted with only one pump or several pumps working with alternation, even simultaneously if necessary.
  • All equipments are supplied completely mounted and electrically checked.

APPLICATIONS
  • Pressure equipments with variable-frequencydrive LOGICVAR installed on the pump’s outlet pipe. It has an internal transducer because the water flows through the VFD’s interior.
  • These equipments can provide a constant pressure independently of the demanded water consumption and offer considerable energy savings.
  • They can be mounted with just one pump or in equipments with 2 or 3 communicated pumps and operating in MASTER-SLAVE mode with alternation.

GVF

Pressure units with frequency variator

APPLICATIONS
  • Pressure equipments with electric switchboard and built-in variable-frequency-drive ABB or VACON, it adjusts the pump’s speed according to the flow demand, always keeping a constant pressure in the installation.
  • Suitable for the water supply at a constant pressure in blocks of flats, sports facilities, industries and hotels, without any power limitations of the pumps.
  • They can be mounted with just one pump or in 2 or 3-pumps equipments with alternation of a pump regulated by a drive (the rest of auxiliary pumps work in direct start).
  • The electric switchboard includes an auxiliary manoeuvre by pressostats in case of failure of the driver.

AQUACOMPACT

Compact pressure units with accumulation

APPLICATIONS
  • Automatic pressure equipment totally silent, thanks to the incorporation of a submersible pump that, together with a reserve tank of 500, 700 or 1.100 l., pressurizes an installation where pressure and/ or public network flow is insufficient.
  • This compact pressure equipment with water reserve is suitable for assuring continuous and silent water service in domestic installations.
  • All the AQUACOMPACT components are suitable for contact with food and more precisely with drinking water, according to the Royal Decree 140/03.
