“hasa 85” LEVEL SWITCH
- Because of its compact structure, making system with water-resistant double chamber and final stamping with casted moplen injection at 1,25 atmospheres, make the “hasa 85” level switch have no leakage.
- It can be supplied with 2, 5 or 10 meters of three-polar cable (black [usual], blue and brown) and counterweight.
- Compact structure and composed by a simple chamber with injection in under-pressure coated polypropilene assuring complete tightness.
- Can be supplied with 2 metres of three-polar cable (black [usual], blue and brown) and counterweight.
- Its ease of use make “ILA” level switch different from the other switches.
- “ILA” has high performance only with the ballast, no need of counterweight, balances, pulleys, etc. Thanks to such characteristic it can be directly placed on the tank cover drilling 3 holes (2 for fixing the case on the tank cover) which will be covered by the connection case
- Fixing the rope stoppers for establishing required height is the only needed adjustment
- Connection case is in varnishing aluminium and the cover is water-proof thanks to its rubber joint
- Such devices are micro-switches with 2 springs offering top safety, corroborated by users who have been using such switch for more than 20 years
- Floater in Nylon, special for Gas-oil
- Sealed water level up to 100 m. in depth, insensitive to humidity and condensation. Suitable for industrial use particularly for waste water with suspended solids
- Provided with 5 meters of cable and counterweight
- External body in one-piece injected polyethilene
- Internal counterweight placed in the middle of the switch mass
- Electrical control commutator 10A-250V c.a. with contact by micro-switch with high opening distance
- Such particular construction keeps electrical contact sensitive to commutation caused by minimum level variations
- Maximum operation temperature 55 ºC
- Upon request it is possible to supply in version ATEX-EX with 10 m. of cable without counterweight, together with the intrinsic barrier ATEX-EX
