DESCRIPTIONOur pressure boosters are composed by one ''hasa'' electro-pump with horizontal shaft and one or more impeller and a control system installed directly in the electro-pump outlet.The choice of the right electro-pump depends on the flow and pressure necessary for the installation, which are specified in the characteristics grid.The control system installed depends on the needs of each application (fixed start pressure, adjustable pressure with accumulator, constant pressure independent from the requested flow, etc.)

APPLICATIONSPressure equipments with frequency variator SPEEDBOARD directly installed over the pump’s motor. Suitable for the water supply in residential blocks, sports facilities, industries, hotels and generally in any case where the water pressure is not enough to meet the demand.These equipments can supply a constant pressure regardless of the demanded water consumption and they offer a considerable energy saving.Suitable for installing in confined spaces thanks to its small size.They can be installed with just one pump or in groups with two communicated pumps and operating in MASTER-SLAVE mode in alternated sequence. They can also be mounted in groups of 3 or 4 pumps in parallel using the communication center among devices SPEEDCENTER.

Pressure units with frequency variator
APPLICATIONSPressure boosters with electric control panel and built-in variable-frequency-drive ABB or VACON, it adjusts the pump’s speed according to the flow demand, always keeping a constant pressure in the installation.Suitable for the water supply at a constant pressure in blocks of flats, sports facilities, industries and hotels, without any power limitations of the pumps.They can be mounted with just one pump or in 2 or 3-pumps sets with alternation of a pump regulated by a drive (the rest of auxiliary pumps work in direct start).The electric control panel includes an auxiliary manoeuvre by pressostats in case of failure of the driver.

AQUACOMPACT-300Compact automatic pressure group with 300 L storage tank, suitable for domestic applications where the pressure and/or flow of the public network is not enough.Available in two versions, one with a submersible pump with built-in level switch installed inside the tank, which ensures silent service, and the other version with a surface pump mounted on the tank for better accessibility.All the components are suitable for food use and human consumption, complying with EU regulation Nº 10/2011. It can work with a water temperature up to 35º C.
AQUACOMPACT-480Available in two versions, one with a submersible pump with built-in level switch installed inside the tank, wich ensures silent service, and the other version with a surface pump mounted on the tank for better accessibility.All the components are suitable for food use and human consumption, complying with EU regulation nº 10/2011.It can work with a water temperature up to 35ºC.Multiple tanks can be installed in parallel using their built-in connection inlets.
AQUACOMPACT-500-700-1.100Automatic pressure group totally silent, thanks to the incorporation of a submersible pump that, together with a reserve tank of 500, 700, 1.100 or 2.000 lts., pressurizes an installation where pressure and/or public network flow is insufficient.This compact pressure group with water tank is suitable for assuring continuous and silent water service in domestic installations.All the AQUACOMPACT components are suitable for contact with food and more precisely with drinking water, according to the Royal Decree 140/03.
